Construction Manager/Architect (50-100%)

GG Architektur: For third-party clients and our own buildings, we develop, plan and execute construction projects in a holistic manner. We work on challenging projects every day with passion and commitment in a team of around 6 people. For the reinforcement of our motivated construction team, we are in search of a construction manager/architect with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Main responsibilities: You are no stranger to the preparation of tender documents, the review and comparison of tenders, the drafting of contracts for work and services and the keeping of construction accounts. Independent site supervision from start to finish with a high degree of personal responsibility Early planning, coordination and organisation of construction processes. Manage and supervise contractors and tradespeople involved in construction. You won't break a sweat chairing site meetings, accepting work and writing reports. Quality and schedule control on site Active support to the project manager in charge.
Profile: Several years' experience in local site management, submissions and site administration (Messerli site administration). Qualified construction manager / structural engineer HF / architect FH. Confident in detailed design, work planning and construction processes. Good knowledge of Swiss standards and building regulations. Self-reliant, accurate work ethic with a high level of awareness of quality, deadlines and costs. Very good communication skills in order to deal confidently with contractors, public authorities and clients.
